Man, Raad Almansoori, kills woman and attacks many others.

He was arrested for attacking one woman, who survived, but then he was released for some reason, and went on to kill another woman, Denisse Oleas-Arancibia. Whoever let him out should definitely be punished and Almansoori should get the death penalty, or at least a hate crime charge, since he targeted women.
